County Court Judgements (CCJ's)


  Once a County Court Judgement has been registered against you, it will remain on your credit record for six years.

  It could often result in you failing Building Society credit checks and being declined a mortgage.
  Many of the lenders Berkley Vittoria deal with will ignore small CCJ's or any CCJ more than two years old.
 

Even if you have CCJ's registered within the last 2 years, we could usually help and could normally still arrange a mortgage or a secured loan at a competitive rate. *
  Often a re-mortgage or secured loan could raise funds to clear any outstanding CCJ's or other debts.
