  But How Does It Work?

There have been key changes to the Consumer Credit Act, which means that most credit cards and unsecured loans issued before 6th April 2007 could be completely wiped out.

No matter who your credit card is with and no matter what the balance is we will be able to help. All you need to do is give us the initial information and let us do the rest of the work. We will keep you updated with the development of your case so you always know what stage we are at.

How it works
As one of the UK's leading specialists in Credit Claims we have developed a process which has you the client at the heart of what we do.

By following the steps below we can ensure that you are kept informed at every step of the process so you know what we are doing on your behalf.

Because we know it is not always convenient to discuss personal matters like this during the working day, our lines are open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. An answer machine is available at all times.

What's more you will always deal with a qualified claim specialist.

The Process Initially we will complete a fact find with you over the phone so that we can establish the credit agreements that you are looking to have challenged and removed.

We will complete the forms on your behalf and then post them to you for you to simply sign and return to us. This will enable us to obtain all the relevant information and documentation from the lenders.

You will need to also send a cheque for £XX.00 made payable to "Berkley Vittoria " for each agreement that you want us to challenge. This fee covers our initial work and enables us to get hold of your file from the lenders in question. It may take up to 30 days for the lender to respond.

When we receive your files and agreements back from the lenders we will refer these to our panel of lawyers who will review and conduct an in depth analysis of each agreement to make sure we can get the right result for you.

The lawyer will make their recommendation within 5 working days and advise you if they are prepared to challenge your agreement/s. The lawyers will only take on cases that they have a very good chance of winning and we will advise you of their decision and recommendations so that you can make an informed choice of whether to proceed further. Once you have decided which agreements you want to challenge our application fees are £XXX per loan agreement and £XXX for each credit card, it is at this point that these payments would need to be made.

Your case is proven and your agreement is cleared or the lawyer advises that we are unable to successfully challenge your agreement/s.

We know you must have some questions so take a look at our Frequently Asked Questions Section click here.
